Our Story
Lay Low Cafe opened its doors in November 2023, founded by Kingston local, Erica Braunstein with a vision of creating a space that feels both vibrant and welcoming. By day - Lay Low is a bright and cozy cafe serving all day breakfast, fresh lunch options, specialty coffee, and cocktails.
As the sun sets, our cafe transforms into something more intimate. An inviting space for private gatherings, celebrations, and community events.
We are more than just a cafe, we're a place where good food, good drinks and good company meet. Whether you're here for a morning latte, mid-day brunch, or an evening event, we hope you'll always feel at home when you Lay Low with us!
